  • Description:

    The Contracts Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of contracts throughout their lifecycle. This position collaborates with various teams, including Legal, Sales, Professional Services, and Finance, to facilitate contract negotiations, drafting, execution, and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a key portion of the contract lifecycle – specifically, the drafting, reviewing, revising, negotiating, and finalizing of contracts such as: Master Services Agreements, SaaS Agreements, and Statements of Work.
    • Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Experience, Finance and Executive Management teams to ensure contracts adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders and external parties.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Conduct periodic contract reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
    • Handle other special projects as assigned.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
    • 5+ years of experience in contract management with experience in Saas Agreements and software licensing agreements.
    • Background in business law, contract negotiations, new technologies, and international environment
    • Experience in procurement practices
    • Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and conditions, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex legal concepts effectively
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate cross-functionally
    • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and drive operational excellence
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to grow

    Compensation details: 84700-127000 Yearly Salary
