Contracts Specialist

Job Description

A large healthcare organization in San Diego, CA is looking for a Contracts Specialist/Sr. Contracts Specialist to join their team. The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for managing contract lifecycle including drafting, reviewing contract language, and negotiating terms. They will be supporting executives and collaborating with other contract specialists in order to improve timeline of contract execution.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Contracts Specialist

Experience with drafting and reviewing complex contracts

Strong understanding of contract language

Experience in a fast-paced, high volume contract environment

Experience within a healthcare, pharmaceutical, life science, or biotech organization

Experience working within a contracts application Bachelor's Degree

Customer service skills

Experience with contracts relating to: on call physician, pharmaceutical, material transfers null
