Another very well-established and growing company is creating a new role for a Controller. As the company continues to make acquisitions this role will evolve to a Regional Controller. The role in responsible for Accounting, P& L management, working with and educating operations on performance measurement against KPI's, budget preparation and analyses, planning and forecasting, acquisition integration and providing strategic guidance on areas inkling pricing and corrective actions on deviations.

Minimum requirements include

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Strong P& L management experience including working with operations to question and explain their results and measuring performance against KPS's

• Strategic planning

• Metrics tracking and reporting experience

• GAAP Accounting and Financial Reporting - This isn't a debit and credit type role, but the basics are needed

• Ok with day travel (nights if they want or feel the need) to Northeast locations

• ERP systems experience

• Ability to manage multiple high visibility, time sensitive projects at once.

• Professional presence and presentation

Pluses include

• Experience working for a PE owned company

• Post acquisition integration experience

• Systems implementation experience

• Experience in or setting up a Shared Services team - eventually, as they grow, they want to go to a Shared Services model for AR, AP and Payroll

• Job costing

• CMA, MBA or CPA

Base salary range $135,000 - $180,000 plus bonus depends on experience.
