Multi Plant Manufacturing Controller for multi plant manufacturing company. If you have a plant manufacturing accounting and are a roll up your sleeves professional look no further. This role will interface with the Corporate Controller, CFO and the President looking to grow their career for a permanent employment opportunity and will be located in the western suburbs, Illinois region. This position is for candidates who can has a plant manufacturing background and has handled consolidating entities as well as done the budgeting, forecasting, reporting and presentation of the financials to executives. You will be handle cash flow, bank reporting and give you the opportunity to handle bank relations. You will be a part of strategic initiatives as the company is also looking at acquisitions. Your responsibilities are creating the consolidated financials and making sure the financials from the plant controllers. You are responsible for the internal and external financial statements, evaluate accounting and internal control systems. This is a great down to earth environment with a product specialty that is highly regarded.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Manage the production of the Consolidated Financials, analysis and reporting for multi plant manufacturing and produce annual budget and forecasts

• Oversee the financials for multiple plants and interact with Plant Controllers on discrepancy resolutions.

-Present executive committee and partners with financial reports

• Work closely with executive team and partners to facilitate efficient and effective firm-wide operation

• Evaluate, implement and streamline policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies

• Check deliverables of self and team to certify they meet client expectations

• Prepare cash-flow reports that project cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals, and handle daily cash management

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance

• CPA/MBA a plus

• Plant Accounting, standard or job costing and Consolidations experience

• Progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred

• Hyperion or OneStream Consolidation a must.

• Able to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds

• Demonstrated analytical abilities, tendency to quickly connect dots and surmise logical outcomes
