    The role you'll contribute:

    The Manager of Corporate Responsibility, Contracts and Operations, supports the Executive Director of Operations to provide direction and oversight of the systemwide Contract Review Team (CRT) and other CR processes/initiatives that support the organizational Corporate Responsibility (CR) Program. As part of the Corporate Responsibility team, the Manager will be responsible for assisting with physician contract activities across the system, including managing the CRT process, reviewing and auditing contracts, providing training and education on the contract management system, and developing analytics and reporting to improve the quality and overall efficiency of the process.

    In addition to physician contract management, the Manager will assist with other CR operational processes, including but not limited to physician payment revie, conflict of interest (COI) management policy management and intranet webpage management.

    The value that you bring to the team:

    · Physician Contract Review

    • Responsible for maintaining subject matter expertise on system physician contracting policies, standards and procedures

    • Responsible for monitoring contract submissions for appropriate contract usage and complete documentation in the contract management system

    • Responsible for facilitating weekly Contract Review Team (CRT) meetings

    • Responsible for auditing "fast track" physician contract submissions, ensuring that qualification and submission criteria is met

    • Responsible for collaborating with AIT on performance/workflow enhancements to the contract management system, including the development of reporting and analytics

    • Responsible for developing reporting and analytics to measure and optimize workflow

    • Responsible for developing and providing training and education to various stakeholders on the contract management system and overall process

    • Responsible for maintaining the CRT intranet page

    Other Operational Processes

    o Physician Payment Review

    • Responsible for supervising the A/P Physician Payment Reviewer

    • Responsible for overseeing review of payment requests for physicians and physician-owned companies

    • Responsible for ongoing collaboration with Accounts Payable and other internal departments to identify and incorporate any new risks into the review workflow

    • Responsible for developing reporting and analytics to measure and optimize workflow

    • Responsible for providing back-up coverage in the absence of the A/P Physician Payment Reviewer

    o Conflict of Interest (COI) Management

    • Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and ongoing optimization of the COI management system and associated workflows

    • Responsible for assisting in launching and completing routine and ad-hoc disclosure campaigns

    • Responsible for developing reporting and analytics to support the Regional Corporate Responsibility Officers (RCROs) with follow-up processes, and to measure and optimize workflow

    • Responsible for developing and providing training and education to various stakeholders on the COI management system and overall process

    o Policy Management

    • Responsible for assisting in the development, review and revision of CR policies

    • Responsible for maintaining CR policies in the system policy management system

    o CR Intranet Management

    • Responsible for updating and maintaining the CR intranet page

    • Responsible for optimizing the layout and content of the intranet page, including seeking out value-added resources for RCROs and other stakeholders

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

    • Minimum five years health care privacy experience.

    • Certification in Health Care Compliance or certification eligible

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Masters or higher-level degree in related field
