    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Customers can reach this support organization by direct calls, web portals, emails or 3rd part call center. This team serves as first point of contact for customer, then engages technical support team for resolution in the event the issue requires technical expertise.

    • Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline.

    • In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.

    • A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members.

    • Lead cross functional team, supporting GE HealthCare Field Engineers, for dispatching, administrative support, and scheduling.

    • Works closely with Field Engineers and Field Leadership to resolve issues and support best in class service delivery.

    • Management of quality metrics to ensure operational excellence around service delivery.

    • Root cause escalations to identify systemic solutions.

    • Develops team members to excel in current role and for future growth within GE HealthCare.

    • Develop and implement strategies to improve field service efficiency, productivity, and quality, leveraging technology and best practices.

    Required Qualifications

    • For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience

    • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

    • 3 Years pervious leadership experience

    • Strong technical acumen

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive results.

    For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $86,560.00-$129,840.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
