The Customer Engagement Director (CED) is directly responsible for the management and development of assigned client relationships, and for the delivery of strategies and tactics that meet these clients' needs.
The Customer Engagement Director will manage and develop new and existing clients and work towards strengthening our relationships and increasing Cleo footprint. They will engage with clients, position and aggressively pursue Cleo services and will be assigned to multiple clients simultaneously which could be in various regions of the country. This person will be actively involved in all Go-to-Market service sales activities including discoveries, RFPs, SOWs and also communicate knowledge and information accurately to the project delivery teams once project has been sold. This position will be hands on to ensure we meet our service sales targets.
What you will be doing

Proven ability to manage multiple teams by empowering and guiding
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Enforce delivery excellence and compliance.
Develop and influence the culture of continuous improvement of delivery methodologies
Builds market image of corporation as a premiere services firm.
Support Pre-Sales effort and participate in RFP responses and SOW creation
Establish and provide clear communication to executive leadership
Impacts customer business strategy and sells solutions from across the company solution portfolio.
Directs the application of technology and industry trends, best practices, and service offerings incorporating them into overall business solutions.
Leverages partnerships to offer value to the customer.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent experience is required
Ten or more years in a supervisory or management capacity included
Fifteen or more years of industry or horizontal solution experience
Sales, client relationship management, and/or project management experience
10 - 15 years of delivery leadership of complex projects is required
Must have proven experience in leading large system integration efforts through completion
Strong client interfacing background required
Experience working in a consulting capacity required
Experience in managing global delivery team required
Must have strong project management, technical and organizational skills
Must have the ability to multi task and manage in a fast-paced demanding environment
Willingness to travel 40%
