    What You Will Do :

    Our Data and Analytics consultants help clients maximize the value of their data. This high performing team helps clients define their informationdata strategy, architecture and governance, get the most value from business intelligence and analytics, and implement enterprise content and data management solutions to enable business insights, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust and integrity, and improve operational effectiveness. This role includes working with senior leadership in our Defense & Intelligence practice area to The Department of Defense's (DoD) Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) Associate Director will sit within our Defense & Security Segment and will advise on a range of technology-related engagementsissues on existing engagements and as well as be responsible for leading and driving new pursuits and integrated solutions across the DoD.for the CDAO . This person will bring depth of experience within the federal government, specifically towards business development and growth, sales, delivery, and client partnership.

    Key Responsibilities may include

    • Engage with senior executives and technology leaders to analyze and understand mission initiatives.

    • Focus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.

    • Manage CDAO client relationships and expectations throughout project lifecycle to build confidence, deliver excellence, and sell consulting and technology services.

    • Oversee technical teams delivering advanced analytics, AI/ML, data management, and visualization capabilities.

    • Developing AI/ML, cloud, and platform strategies for organizations.

    • Practice development responsibilities include supportingSupporting the creation and growth of new service solution offerings, authoring thought leadership and white papers, and collaborating with other segment technology leaders.

    What You Will Need :

    • A CURRENT and ACTIVE SECRET security clearance.

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a similar quantitative discipline.

    • Ten (10) or more years of relevant professional, technology consulting experience for federal clients.

    • Ability to design and deliver solutions independently and work collaboratively as part of a team.

    • Experience delivering advanced analytics, AI/ML, data management, and visualization capabilities.

    • Strong communication/presentation skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.

    • Strong consulting skills: identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships, driving initiatives forward.

    • Ten (10) or more years ofcapture management experience/understanding of the federal sales cycle. Ability to lead business development, including RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.

    What Would Be Nice To Have :

    • Master's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar quantitative discipline..

    • Active Top Secret Clearance.

    • Experience with Advana or the Advana tool stack (Databricks, AWS, Python, R, Qlik, and/or Tableau)

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

    • Experience supporting the Office of the Secretary of Defense; CIO and CDAO Experience Preferred .
