As they continue to expand their digital footprint, they are seeking a talented Digital Program Manager to join their team on a 100% remote, 9-month contract with the potential for conversion to full-time.

    In this role, you will:

    ? Assist in Program Management for the digital team by aiding in project planning, attending weekly meetings, and supporting presentations; you will also assist in tracking milestones and tasks with assigned teams

    ? Help identify and address impediments that hinder the team's ability to meet project objectives

    ? Assist in providing timely status reports and contribute to introducing mitigation tactics to minimize project delivery risks

    ? Support team discussions and contribute to conflict resolution

    ? Assist in communicating timelines and approval framework for cross-team understanding

    ? Support the coordination of cross-functional teams to assist in executing strategic launches, awareness campaigns, website updates, and digital projects to ensure all stakeholders are updated

    ? Support all phases of the projects which can involve multiple teams, departments, and internal & external resources

    ? Assist in developing project plans including information such as business requirements, project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and resource plans

    ? Will support Digital Program Management lead as well as the Digital Strategy, Digital Design, and front end engineering teams.

    ? Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

    ? Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and expectations for new projects and facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team.

    ? Manage and prioritize incoming project requests and tasks.

    ? Contribute to providing leadership across the organization's digital projects as well as assisting in leading, and providing hands-on project management support in standups and status meetings

    ? Collaborate with Creative, Digital Strategy, PMM, MDA, Campaigns, and front-end developers

    Requirements

    Minimum requirements for this role

    ? The ideal candidate has at least 3 years experience in project management, preferably in an agency or internal creative department with a focus on digital where quality results are required

    ? Exposure to launching digital solutions, including ongoing analysis and continuous product improvements

    ? Some understanding of the creative and digital process, timelines, and scoping requirements; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    ? Demonstrates organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written)

    ? Familiarity with common PM tools (JIRA, AirTable, Google Suite, Figma)

    ? Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

    ? Ability to collaborate with agency providers, consultants, contractors, and other suppliers

    ? Willingness to proactively address obstacles and risks and collaborate with the team and stakeholders to provide solutions.

    An ideal candidate also has

    ? Proficiency in JIRA or similar tool.

    ?Experience within tech (b2b, b2c, saas)

    ? Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and website platforms.

    ? Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

    ? Understand basic coding languages and concepts to effectively communicate with developers
