    Director, Corporate Finance

    The Director, Corporate Finance is the lead position for Corporate Financial Analysis, Long-range financial planning & budget/forecast requirements for all Corporate Functions. This position reports to the VP, Corporate Finance in all regards of P&L budgeting/forecasting cycles for total company, strategic plans, developing forecasts for all corporate functions incl. R&D, Regulatory and all G&A functions, preparing all materials for the company Earnings deck and Operating Plans. The Director, Corporate Finance will be a highly visible role to executive leadership, driving forecasting accuracy, predictive analytics and developing new processes / tools to support C-Suite decision making and future company growth. The role will also be responsible for sustaining/heightening innovation, standardization and automation of analytics and processes across the company. Finally, the role will have direct interaction with the company's C-Suite and leadership team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead all Corporate Functions across Integra including Corporate Financial Analysis (CFA), Long-term Financial Planning & Corporate Functions. This includes deep cross functional partnership and alignment across broader Corporate Functions as well as divisional leadership and C-Suite

    • Lead all aspects of the total company budgeting, strategic plan and forecasting incl. review with Senior Management and approvals. Develop and own the corporate calendar for all corporate led processes. Develop company-wide timelines, instructions and targets when needed.

    • Own forecasting for all support functions across the company (e.g., R&D, Regulatory, Customer Service and G&A functions). Partner with Accounting, tax and treasury to capture/forecast Bonus, Stock based compensation, share count, OIE and tax rates.

    • Interpret financial data and transfer into meaningful and focused analytics to drive key actions and performance results in support of executive leadership decision making.

    • Lead all forecasting accuracy initiatives and process improvements including forecasting systems management and P&L predictive analytics

    • Own the corporate model including revenue, P&L, cash flow and balance sheet. Provide visibility to expected company performance over forecasted period and recommend guidance metrics

    • Own the preparation of all quarterly Earnings and guidance materials for C-Suite and Board of Directors. Review with executive leadership quarterly including preparing Audit Committee presentations. Support the review of 10K/10Q filings.

    • Drive monthly P&L flash processes and report accordingly to senior management. Ensure alignment with commercial and operations FP&A in terms of analytics and commentary.

    • Drive the monthly Corporate MBR process, deck and presentation to C-Suite.

    • Support the quarterly close process from a corporate FP&A standpoint, GTNs / post close adjustment alignment with corporate accounting and commercial FP&A teams. Ensure all accruals for support functions are being recorded timely and accurately.

    • Prepare and track monthly analytics including key performance indicators (KPIs) and gross margin analysis

    • Enhance visibility to P&L, assess profitability and closely track risks and opportunity to the business in partnership with FP&A and Accounting teams

    • Direct a team of 2 direct reports and overall team of 10-12 financial professionals to drive results in the completion of forecasts, annual operating plans and key analytical deliverables. Manage their development and create meaningful opportunities.

    • Assist senior management with ah-hoc/special projects to support strategic decision-making

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting required. MBA in Finance desired.

    • Type and Number Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting roles plus an emphasis on practical experience with managing or running a business strongly desired.

    • Excellent communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relationship skills are a must.

    • Prior experience in managing the financials for business divisions/units and/or performing finance, planning and analytic activities.

    • Strong leadership skills to manage across functional groups, communicate effectively, and drive change.

    • Proficiency in analyzing financial data, identifying opportunities, and recommending improvements.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with stakeholders.

    • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

    • This role is hybrid in HQ (Princeton, NJ) with in-office presence Tuesday-Thursday.
