    SALARY: $125,600 - 149,150, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

    ROLE SUMMARY:

    This role sits on the Finance Transformation team within the NAZ Business Transformation and Value Creation team

    Reporting to the Sr. Director Finance Transformation, this role will directly lead major initiatives designed to improve the capabilities, drive value creation, and increase efficiency of the NAZ Finance teams and associated groups (FP&A, Tax, Account-to-Report, Planning and Performance Managers, Brewery Controllers, etc.)

    This position will focus on developing novel process and tech solutions to difficult problems affecting our Finance teams within the North American Zone. These problems/opportunities will be broad in scope and require coordination between multiple teams. Further, the solutions to these problems will require use of new tech and data solutions and this role will directly be responsible to guide these conversations and solutions.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Clear Chain Product Owner, owning the roadmap and requirements

    • Self-Identification of transformational opportunities within Finance teams

    • Drive cross-functional collaboration

    • Hands on with various business teams to help solve problems

    • Lead product/project governance and PMO

    • Act as liaison between the Finance business teams and the Engineering teams (internal and external) to enable formal tech product delivery after optimal process and tech prototypes are established

    • Capex budget ownership for 'own projects' (Est ~$2-10Mio / yr)

    • It is anticipated that this role will be at least partially allocated to supporting the SAP S4 implementation project in the future (2025), as we modernize our enterprise system architecture with the goal of improving the value creation of our teams.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree (emphasis in business/marketing/finance/engineering or related field)

    • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial processes, reporting best practices, and use of technology in Finance

    • High emotional intelligence and ability to impact and influence across diverse stakeholder groups to drive results

    • Meaningful experience with process improvement and change management

    • Self-starter with eagerness to learn new topics and share best practices with other groups

    • 5 years or more relevant experience in Finance adjacent roles, preferably with experience in the CPG industry

    • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills

    • Expert Excel & PowerPoint skills

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Suite (Apps, BI, Automate)

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Experience with automation & connected Finance technologies such as Anaplan, Cognos, etc.

    • Experience with brewery/supply finance and SAP

    • Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing, Design Thinking or Agile

    • Expert-level skills working with Microsoft Power Suite (Apps, BI, Automate)
