    Provide strategic, end-to-end business process, operations, and technical guidance for IT solutions within the Global Supply Chain & Quality business functions. This role focuses on Pilot Plants and Product Pilot capabilities supporting product transfer from R&D functions into Operations.

    How you'll make an impact:

    • Partner in the development of an information technology strategy and provide thought leadership and guidance in the transition of product designs and processes into Operations. Plan and own the technology strategy, architecture roadmap, IT investment plan and be accountable for delivery of IT programs along with production operations to deliver measurable business value by providing secure and compliant technology solutions as we transform Edwards into a digitally enabled future state.

    • Provide direction and guidance to analyze and formulate portfolio guidance for IT and Business Managed technology products & services. This includes financial management, service operations, consumption, security & risk compliance to execute projects, initiative and/or programs.

    • Establish strategic partnerships with assigned business units or functional area leaders for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.

    • Implement sound rationale for portfolio management and managing technology phase-in-phase-out plans, proactively anticipating gaps and opportunities.

    • Participate in strategic and budgetary planning processes, prepare, and administer operating budgets; provide recommendations on desired business objectives and outcomes and implement new/revised initiatives according to established guidelines.

    What you'll need (Required):

    • Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with 12 years' experience or Master's Degree or equivalent in related field with 10 years' experience

    What else we look for (Preferred):

    • Expert understanding of NPD, NPI and Product Development Processes, preferably in a class III medical device company

    • Proven technology and process expert within Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality with broader medical technology organization knowledge and broad-based IT expertise across related functions

    • Thought leadership to improve the speed of innovation with hands on expertise across the technologies used to support product transfers

    • Proven leader in the delivery of technology working within project or program teams as well as Scrum teams

    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making

    • Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including relationship management with ability to drive achievement of objectives

    • Expert understanding of IT process and procedures with experience implementing innovative concepts and promoting new ideas
