    Overview

    We currently have an immediate opening for a Facilities Project Executive to join our expanding team. As a Facilities Project Executive, you will be overseeing the facility program management for our vertical construction projects. The goal of this role is to be a "doer seller" or mange while growing the portfolio of business.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    * Manage and lead Programs including multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout.

    * Growing the portfolio of the PMCM division through expanding the facilities vertical

    * Oversee the development of the master schedules and manage its implementation, as required.

    * Provide oversight for budget and financial management for all projects/programs.

    * Support and drive utilization of various initiatives and technologies.

    * Oversee the administration of the quality assurance/quality control program, to ensure delivery of Client's expectations.

    * Managing all phases of a program including master planning, programming, procurement, design, preconstruction, construction and closeout.

    May perform other duties as necessary or assigned.

    Skills and Requirements

    Must Haves

    * Bachelor's degree Construction management, Architecture, engineering, or related field.

    * 2-3 years of relevant experience involving management of programs for any municipal/government clients

    * Previous program management experience of a large scale

    * Prior management experience of 5 or more staff.

    * Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles.

    Pluses

    * Certified Construction Manager, Project Management Professional and LEED Certification preferred.

    * Architecture or Professional Engineering license null
