SHI is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to engage SHI customers and develop digital relationships with both in-market and future net new buying accounts. The Director of Digital Marketingwill serve in a highly collaborative and consultative role, informing digital strategy across campaigns and advising on creative strategy. An ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern digital technologies and a passion for bringing new ideas to life through creative digital campaigns. This role will oversee a team of digital marketers that support the direct execution of all digital campaigns across SHI, including co-marketing digital programs with SHI channel partners. The Director of Digital Marketing will modernize digital marketing practices while optimizing spend for lead generation.
This position will report to the Head of Growth Marketing and Demand Generation. It is critical that this role work closely with their direct reports to foster a collaborative and engaging work experience. As such, the preferred work location isAustin, Texasin SHI's corporate office Tuesday - Thursday and work-from-home on Monday and Friday.

Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
Provide leadership and guidance to the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment for all experience levels.
Evaluate, select, and manage strategic marketing vendors that contribute to executing digital marketing programs.
Provide regular reporting and analysis of key performance indicators to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Oversee all paid media campaigns, including but not limited to search engines (Google and Bing), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), 3rd party digital, Content Syndication, and OOH.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective channel marketing programs, including co-marketing digital content strategy, 3rd party advertising, and domain advertising.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners to drive collaborative marketing efforts.
Partner with growth marketing peers to develop digital demand generation programs that drive qualified leads and support sales revenue goals.
Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and enhance overall customer journey.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degree or relevant work experience
Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Senior Digital Marketing role with team management experience
Experience managing digital agencies
Direct experience with paid social management.
Direct experience working with Marketo preferred.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools and technologies

Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
