Director of Manufacturing

• Direct and drive all production distribution operations

• Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations using ERP

• Ensure that productivity is achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality control

• Delegate authority to key supervisors in production, maintenance, and related operations

• Collaborate with colleagues for staffing, training, and performance management

• Create and implement a vision and operating strategy that measures the achievement and execution of company objectives and goals

• Collaborate with colleagues for the execution of the quality control plan to ensure the product produced meets our high standards

• Collaborate with colleagues in the development and implementation of safety protocols to reduce workplace hazards and injuries

• Responsible for PA & CA Offices

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
