    The role you'll contribute:

    The Marketing Director is responsible for positioning the AdventHealth network for success by developing strategic marketing plans that drive business to the organization. It is his/her responsibility to work closely with the AVP Marketing & Brand Strategy, Executive team, and Marketing & Communications team to determine AdventHealth Gordon's and Murray's goals and continually assess ROI to ensure organizational objectives are met.

    The Marketing Director drives marketing strategies and tactics to competitively differentiate, build market preference and grow market share through the network's branded services. This position oversees all aspects of brand positioning, marketing messaging, design and creative execution as well as the creation and production of AdventHealth Gordon's and Murray's marketing programs. The Marketing Director oversees adherence to brand design standards while ensuring a consistent image in the community. In addition, this position works with the AVP to ensure advertising strategies are implemented within specified budgets and timeframes and internal and external messaging is timely and consistent.

    The Marketing Director actively collaborates with the executive leadership team, service line leaders, physicians and other key stakeholders. This position requires a creative and progressive leader, hands-on relationship builder and influencer with an analytical mindset and the reputation of getting things done.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Contribute to the development of the integrated strategic business plan by participating in the overall planning process and overseeing the development of the marketing plans for each service line/business unit at AdventHealth Gordon and Murray.

    • Oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for service lines based on priorities set by the AdventHealth Gordon and Murray executive team. Determine goals and continually assess ROI to ensure organizational objectives are met.

    • Lead and participate in marketing team's annual operating budget planning, development and oversight.

    • Work with physician marketing and community outreach team to coordinate and execute marketing and community events at AdventHealth Gordon.

    • Oversee campus-level social media channels for AdventHealth Gorrdon.

    • Oversee campus-level social media reputation management for AdventHealth Gorrdon.

    • Oversee online provider directory, working with Med Staff, Clinic Management, and the Southeast Region Consumer Experience Center to ensure accuracy and alignment.

    • Coordinate and execute marketing plans for onboarding new providers and coordinate offboarding communication when providers leave.

    • Positively represent the organization at community programs and functions to promote the brand.

    • Work with Director of Physician Relations and Community to ensure alignment of community relations initiatives through Chamber of Commerce, school systems, and other community partners.

    • Work closely with Director of Physician Relations to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns and physician relations marketing initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field

    • Minimum of 8 years of position-related experience
