    Our Business Operations, Strategy & Analytics team enables the Edge Technology Group to meet the needs of our customers.     Help us achieve our goals

    As a Director of Product Operations. you will play a significant leadership role in planning, strategy, and execution for our Edge Technology Group. You will work closely with stakeholders to define product strategy, and allocate resources. You will be chief of staff for the SVP of Edge Product Business Strategy, assisting with strategy execution and shaping the success for the Edge Technology business

    As a Director of Product Operations, you will be responsible for:

    • Leading and participating in special projects assigned by the SVP, Edge Product & Business Strategy

    • Working with Product Line Leadership to evaluate and identify business problems, understand priorities and propose solutions

    • Overseeing the Executive Product Steering Committees, charged with defining and executing Product Strategy

    • Developing operational cadence for ETG Product and Business Development, leading inspection of the business results and building action across various stakeholders

    • Developing quarterly business reviews, mission critical goals tracking and inspections, as well as software capitalization and resource investment reviews

    • Reporting on program status, areas of risk/opportunity, process dependencies and success metrics to senior internal stakeholders

    • Managing key events such as annual operating plan , budget plan, and support for offsite meetings

    Do what you love

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Have 12 years experience in high-tech environment and a Bachelors degree, or another related field or its equivalent

    • Possess solid experience with product lifecycle management and concepts

    • Demonstrate experience building successful teams and provide mentoring to high-performing individuals

    • Have success working in a matrixed environment, and track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact

    • Be able to analyze data, set priorities, and shape results in a corporate environment

    • Be a collaborative team player with the ability to manage, influence and achieve alignment across different interests
