Director/Senior Manager of Finance and Accounting

RGP Search is partnered with a leading pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical services provider that has recently expanded their Rockford facility to enhance their specialty drug product capabilities. Our very successful, global, pharma and pharma services provider is looking for top finance and accounting talent to join their rapidly growing organization and assist with their recent expansion of facilities and capabilities.

This leadership role will be responsible to oversee all finance and accounting functions for this +1B operation.

FOCUS

• In this crucial leadership role, you will lead process improvements, drive standardization, automation and strengthen internal controls.

• Through leading the FP&A function you will be responsible for providing management with current and future looking analysis and projections of this $1B operation.

• Additionally, you will establish metrics for cost analysis.

• You will partner with operations to establish metrics to better understand operations to enable you to make recommendations that will enable cost savings.

• In this role you will supervise a team of 15

PROFILE

• Demonstrated leadership experience in accounting and finance.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
