Duties

• Directly responsible for the oversight of the Procurement and Materials team for the Proprietary Equipment (PEQ) and Catalyst teams in Technology.

• Accountable for the overall identification of Procurement and Material resources for business requirements.

• Develops, implements, and enforces the compliance of company global procurement and materials policies, builds supplier rapport, negotiates with strategic suppliers, and coordinates activities to meet the needs and productivity of an operation.

• With general autonomy, is accountable for the performance and results of related disciplines or functions.

• Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to other managers.

• Guides the development of functional strategy and is responsible for global processes and procedures.

• Collaborates on the execution of departmental goals with other functional leaders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

• 15+ years of experience in various aspects of Supply Chain management, preferably in licensing or EPC space; 5 of which should be in management.

• 25% domestic and international travel
