    Talent & Culture Director - Regional Manager

    The Director, Talent & Culture works closely with Senior Leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive talent and culture strategy aligned with POWER's mission and values, ensuring the well-being, engagement, development and growth of our team members. The DirT&C will partner with Division Leadership and our HR Business Partner team to build and implement initiatives that lead to and reinforce an exceptional company culture and employee experience through direct oversight of Talent Acquisition, Training & Leadership Development, Talent Management, Inclusion and Engagement.

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Develops and leads the implementation of our Talent & Culture strategy aligned with the company, business and HR vision

    • Partners with Leadership, HR team, and MarCom to ensure we are effectively maximizing the value of the POWER culture - seeking opportunities to improve engagement, inclusion and belonging

    • Ensures alignment and coordination across the entire employee lifecycle (recruit, hire, engage, develop, etc.) to get the right talent in the right place at the right time

    • Works closely with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners to identify, prioritize, and implement talent & culture solutions

    • Develops and monitors Key Performance Indicators to evaluate both the success of T&C programs as well the success of our talent progression

    • Provides direct oversight to T&C programs such as the Voice of POWER Engagement Survey, Performance Management, Change Management and Succession Planning

    • Works closely with POWER's Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) committees to develop and integrate Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) initiatives

    • Leads Talent Acquisition and Training & Development Teams

    • May have direct management over contractors and individual contributors that have direct responsibility for other Talent & Culture areas

    Required Education/Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related degree required; an MBA highly desirable

    • Minimum of 7 years working in an HR leadership role, with proven experience creating and implementing core talent & culture programs

    • Must have strong business acumen, and be keenly aware of trends in the talent & culture space and their tie to business outcomes

    • Requires exceptional collaboration and influencing skills

    • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present information to all levels of the organization

    • Must have experience leading organizational change, and must see opportunity in a disciplined change management approach
