    The goal of the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team within CEG is to enable growth at American Express by helping hiring leaders attract and hire the best colleagues to build a diverse and inclusive team, while providing a best-in-class colleague & candidate experience. The US Diversity Recruitment Manager serves as a key member of GTA and will focus on strategy, policies, training, and recruitment enablement.

    • Create and maintain relationships with GTA Diversity focused job boards to understand and implementofferings

    • Deliver consistent trainings and diversity recruitment processes for GTA colleagues and company-wide hiring leaders to drive inclusive hiring processes and consistent messaging and communications

    • Develop appropriate recruitment strategies and tools to improve and support various initiatives such as our Veterans Recruitment Strategy

    • Utilize and consistently review external insights to make decisions and influence key stakeholders to change and / or improve key processes

    • Participate in various workstreams across CEG to represent the US Diversity Recruitment Team within GTA

    • Manage complex projects and keep various teams abreast of project plans, risks, and deadlines

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build strong presentations and articulate strategies

    • Strong collaboration skills to work closely with internal and external partners

    • Prior experience in recruitment and/or diversity, equity and inclusion with a global organization

    • Solid understanding of talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of technology

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word

    • Strong project management skills

    • 3 - 5 years developing strategies and delivering results for recruitment and/or diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives

    Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
