    The Minimally Invasive Therapies Group strives to enable earlier diagnosis, better treatment, faster complication-free recovery, and enhanced patient outcomes through less invasive surgical solutions.

    The US Downstream Product Manager is an essential member of the Lung Health Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Downstream Marketing. The person will play a key role in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies and driving commercial execution, focusing on the sales readiness and customer communication. The primary role is to be the US marketing lead, focusing on marketing campaigns, sales tool creation, competitive positioning, customer communications, and market analytics.

    A Day in the Life

    • Be the primary story teller andcontent creator for the Lung Health portfolio, empowering the sales teamto effectively message products to physicians and hospital decision makers. Work with Global Marketing, MarketingCommunications, Marketing Ops, Medical Education, and Sales to refinemessaging and strategy.

    • Create and execute marketingcampaigns, promotional strategies, and evidence dissemination strategies. Identify customer segments and createtargeting prioritization.

    • Create competitive response and differentiationmessaging and tools. Work withUpstream Marketing to identify competitive gaps in product portfolio.

    • Manage customer communications and touchpointsthrough sale force collateral, digital channels, and promotional andeducational events.

    • Collaborate with Medical Educationand Sales Leadership Council on content, material creation, educationstrategy for diverse sales force needs.

    • Develop and manage relationshipswith physician consultants and KOLs for marketing engagementopportunities.

    • Provide society, trade show, andlocally-hosted VIP programs support.Utilize the opportunity at these events to gain customer mindshare throughpromotional messaging tools and event programs.

    • Track metrics and manage analytics measuringmarket trends and marketing effectiveness.

    • Manage resourcing, timelines andbudgets associated with projects in areas of responsibility.

    • Travelapproximately 30%, domestic.

    Must Have: Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelors degree required

    • Minimum of 4 years of marketing or sales experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of marketing or sales experience

    Nice to Have

    • MBA preferred

    • Medicaldevice industry experience

    • Upstream marketingexperience

    • Strong interpersonalskills
