    This position can be remote. Buffalo, NY based candidates must work a hybrid schedule including Monday - Wednesday in office.

    Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81900 - $110600 / year

    In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.     Responsibilities

    • Handle severe employee matters, including EEOC and HRC, and the Company's Hotline System.

    • Provide direction and guidance on HR policy, team member relations, legal compliance, and reasonable accommodations to all management levels.

    • Ensure consistent standards and compliance with company policies and employment law in handling team member matters.

    • Drive operational excellence by aiding unit management in issue identification and action plan development.

    • Offer coaching and support to Business Leaders and HR Business Partners on severe team member issues.

    • Investigate complex team member relations issues and make recommendations aligning with company philosophy and applicable law.

    • Collaborate with field operations and Corporate Legal to respond effectively to regulatory complaints and inquiries, including those from human rights divisions and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, or related fields; PHR certification or organizational effectiveness training beneficial.

    • 5 to 7 years of experience in employee relations or HR management in a large corporate or unit setting required.

    • Must have experience conducting high level investigations.

    • Union experience is preferred.

    • Strong engagement and consulting skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and build business relationships.

    • Highly organized, able to work under pressure, maintain integrity with sensitive information, and multitask effectively.

    • Understanding of HR policies, federal and state employment laws, and willingness to stay updated on regulatory changes.

    • Attention to detail, effective communication, technological proficiency, problem-solving skills, and experience with performance metrics and data analysis are essential.

    • Candidates within 50 miles of Buffalo, NY must be available to work in office Monday - Wednesday.

    • Must be able to travel nationally about 15-20%.
