    Job Summary

    The Executive Chef reporting to the Director, holds duties related overall food preparation and quality of a Wolfgang Puck Catering managed account. The position entails overseeing all phases of planning, budgeting analysis and reporting relating to the overall food and kitchen operations. Supervises and directs training of Chefs and kitchen employees to ensure superior quality and profitability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account

    • Oversees foodservice production for cafes and high volume catering events

    • Purchases and manages inventory

    • Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with WPC marketing and culinary team

    • Menu design and development

    • Creative recipe writing

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Culinary degree preferred

    • Three to five years of culinary management experience

    • High volume production and catering experience is essential

    • Previous experience managing cost controls

    • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company

    • Seasonal, farm to fork experience
