    We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Executive Director, Total Rewards to join our dynamic human resources team. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing our Total Rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce. In this role, you can work closely with cross-functional teams, Senior Human Resource leaders, and external partners to design and manage comprehensive compensation, retirement, and benefits programs that align with the firm's strategic direction, culture, and business objectives.

    As the Executive Director, Total Rewards, you will analyze market trends, benchmark our programs against industry best practices, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance our compensation and benefits offerings, ensuring that our total rewards packages remain competitive and compelling.

    Responsibilities for Executive Director, Total Rewards:

    • Designs, executes, and implements compensation, equity, and benefits programs based on NCR Atleos' philosophy, culture, business strategy, and market practices.

    • Partners and consults with key stakeholders (C-suite, key business unit, and human resources leaders) to recommend compensation program enhancements.

    • Leverage knowledge of market conditions and competitive talent landscape while driving fairness and compliance in pay practices and policies.

    • Prepares materials, agenda, and planning for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors

    • Provides input into other compensation-related filings and compensation disclosures

    • Manages and coordinates applicable vendor relationships for the execution of plans and programs

    • Establish and measure essential compensation and benefit program metrics to understand the effectiveness of the total rewards strategy.

    • Drive employee awareness and understanding of all compensation and benefits programs.

    • Collaborate and partner with regional HR and business leadership to understand critical concerns in attracting, motivating, and retaining high-quality, diverse talent.

    • Collaborate with other COEs, the HR Business Partner organization and the HR shared services function to understand insights and successfully ensure delivery of total reward programs.

    • Serves as a single point of contact for senior leaders within the organization to provide information and consultation on their total rewards package

    • Assists in the due diligence analysis for mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions

    • Assists the compensation team in other analyses, calculations, administration, and projects as needed

    • Manages a team of 2-3 resources primarily focused on compensation programs

    • Leverage knowledge of market conditions and competitive talent landscape while driving fairness and compliance in pay practices and policies.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.

    • 8+ years of compensation, benefits, and equity design experience, preferably with a large corporate employer or a leading consulting firm

    • Innovative knowledge of the principles, methods, and metrics of managing organizational change and organizational development strategies that align with key business goals

    • Prior experience with equity design and administration, with a preference for previous experience working with Fidelity

    • Ability to partner and understand points of view from multiple disparate stakeholders (e.g., HR, Finance, Legal, Executive team) while balancing the art and science of compensation and benefits to see beyond the numbers and drive for alignment on what's best for the business.

    • Possess a high level of integrity and discretion and established brand of being widely trusted, direct, and truthful, with the ability to maintain effective relationships and gain confidence.

    • Proven analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

    • Expertise in designing and administrating incentive compensation programs, including short-term, long-term, and equity programs.

    • Strong executive presence, critical thinking, and the ability to manage and lead through change

    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels within the enterprise, including the Board of Directors

    • Expert at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

    • Experience using compensation and HR systems (Workday, Fidelity, Equilar, ServiceNow, Market Pay, etc.)

    • Understanding of financial statements and financial metrics

    • Knowledge of federal and state regulations and legislation that impacts executive total rewards programs (IRS 125, 162M, 280G, 401K, 409A, 421-424, FLSA, COBRA, Equal Pay Act, ERISA, HIPAA, Dodd-Frank)

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in executing due diligence analysis for mergers and acquisitions preferred

    Master's Degree preferred

    PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP preferred
