    Description:

    Responsible for all of the operations of Providence Place, including the physical plant, financial management, resident services and programs, and resident occupancy levels. This will be achieved via cost effective management decisions, responsive and consistent resident management standards, delivery of superior resident programs, active and progressive marketing efforts and the maintenance of a quality physical site.

    PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    Analyzes develops, and implements systems and procedures to assure uniform management practices to include the following:

    • Resident Occupancy Levels

    • Information Systems and Databases: Resident Profiles, Marketing Lists, etc.

    • Management of a team ( dinning, facilities, marketing, and admin)

    • Resident Handbook implementation

    • Reporting Systems

    • Personnel

    • Resident Relations

    • Budget Analysis and Reporting

    • Creates a sense of community and support for all residents of Providence Place.

    • Experience with property Management.

    • Oversite of Intercompany Support (maintenance, housekeeping, dinning)

    Implements progressive and positive solutions to problems, and ensures the development of optimal services. Directs and monitors all aspects of Providence Place's service programs in conjunction with the applicable staff including: maintenance, dining services, marketing, reception services, resident programs and related services.

    Routinely prepares reports for the Officers and Board of Trustees of Providence Place. Researches and reports on other issues as directed.
