The Facilities Director - Maintenance, will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the maintenance functions and activities provided by SSC at two college campus locations, Round Rock and Temple.
Responsible for sites located in Temple, TX, and Round Rock, TX.
Facilities Director is responsible for all aspects of facility maintenance as well as customer service
Visits units regularly to inspect unit operations to ensure contract compliance
Share responsibility for attainment of financial goals for the region
Share control overhead expenses within the region
Review and analyze financial statements, weekly operating reports and other financial results with the Regional Director
Recommends and manages capital requirements to maximize financial returns
Monitor future contract financial reviews and updates
Responsible for productivity and staffing that is appropriate to the regional and divisional goals
Monitor period analysis and initiates action plans as necessary
Maintain and support client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention
Maintain an active stewardship program at multiple levels within the region
Monitors and ensure compliance with the provisions of client contracts
Assist in customizing programs to meet each account's unique needs as required
Ensure consistent and fair administration of personnel policies
Interfaces with existing clients to maintain client satisfaction and account retention
Conducts appropriate annual and semi-annual performance evaluations
Completes all daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in the corporate policy and procedures on a timely basis meeting all prescribed deadlines
Coordinates efforts of all contracted services for the sites
Four year degree in relevant field, or equivalent training and experience
Minimum of 4 years engineering or maintenance experience, to include some management experience
Extraordinary customer service and quality attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
Must have the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
