    About the role

    The purpose of this position is to lead multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for office, warehouse and utility areas.

    This opportunity is onsite Monday-Friday in West Point, Pennsylvania.

    What you'll do

    Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients. Attends client meetings.

    Coordinates, prioritizes, oversees and/or leads repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, and janitorial work.

    Acquires and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for maintenance, repairs, and small projects.

    Requests and tracks work orders to ensure assignments are completed.

    Responsible to conduct monthly facility inspections and reports.

    Conduct monthly Tenant Council Meetings.

    Craft and distribute building/area occupant communications.

    Coordinates building/area utility shut-downs with operating areas.

    Identify and implement energy savings and Sustainability good practices.

    Support internal/external regulatory agency inspections and requests.

    Handles vendor relationships. Responsible for timely invoice processing and accuracy of cost center coding.

    Uses PC and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training.

    Provides process and procedure training.

    What you'll need

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training. Associates degree or equivalent experience or Bachelors degree preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
