ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Federal Proposal Manager located in Vienna, VA. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the proposal development lifecycle for complex information technology bids within the Federal space from pre-solicitation activities to contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Federal Proposal Manager you will partner with Capture Managers and Business Unit Leaders to integrate win strategies and solutions into high-scoring proposal documents that fully address federal source-selection processes and evaluator perspectives. You will dissect solicitation requirements to design compliant and compelling document structures and provide effective guidance to diverse writing teams. As a Federal Proposal Manager, you will develop standard proposal management artifacts, including proposal plans, schedules, storyboards, and compliance matrices. You will also execute standard processes across Federal proposals and contribute to internal process improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Federal proposal efforts
Direct experience managing development and submission of high-value ($50M+), winning proposals in the full and open environment for information technology solutions and services in the Federal space.
Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and the Federal proposal process
U. S. citizenship
Ability to independently write high-scoring proposal content
Ability to work in collaboration with PMs and Capture Managers
Shipley proposal management certifications
