As a Finance Director, Integrated Supply Chain at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company. As both a hands-on leader and contributor to the team, you will be responsible for the financial leadership of the ISC team. Dedicated to building a strong MOS to meet reporting commitments, drive operational efficiency and productivity by analyzing key performance indicators, and represent finance interests in ISC transformation projects. This person will partner with the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) leaders and regional plant controllers to improve financial outcomes of our operations: maximize revenue, optimize cost, and reduce inventory.
You will report directly to our Industrial Automation business group's CFO of Integrated Supply Chain and can be based out of either Houston, TX or Charlotte, NC with a hybrid work arrangement (at least three days per week in office).

Monitor cost development and execution (material cost, direct and indirect labor, indirect spend)
Standard costing, absorption monitoring, inventory valuation
Drive factory productivity and improvement of Working Capital and CAPEX
Annual Budget, Forecasting and Performance analysis
Implement work standardization across the global network
Establish robust Finance processes and implement strong internal controls
Support transformation initiatives and other ad hoc projects as required
15+ years of finance executive or accounting experience within a corporate environment
Strong manufacturing background and Integrated Supply Chain experience
Ability to lead and influence diverse, cross-functional teams globally
Ability to drive business decisions across the organization
Experience in a matrix organization
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
MBA or Masters degree in Finance or related field
Global experience in manufacturing and supply chain
Strong understanding of finance and operations
Ability to understand business activities with a view broader than just the finance function
Experience in driving change and transformation initiatives
Excellent communication and leadership skills
