As part of the Program Planning family, you will support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans. Our Program Planners are trusted partners and strategic advisors.

    This position is located at our Orlando, Florida location, with the possibility of relocation assistance.

    As the Integrated Program Planner Senior Manager, your duties include:

    Lead a team of Integrated Program Planners, in collaboration with Program Planning leadership and Program Management, from inception through completion for a diverse portfolio of new and ongoing projects; including the development, maintenance and critical analysis of the Integration Master Schedule and associated artifacts, including Agile processes.

    Collaborate with counterparts at corporate and LM business areas to leverage specialties with an overarching focus on program execution while ensuring compliance with program objectives, formulating, and recommending corrective actions measures for revisions, allocations, and requirement fulfillment

    Serve as an advisor to the senior leadership team on and off program and partner with the customer to understand and execute to agreed upon requirements

    Ensure appropriate cost / schedule integration process is in place and being managed properly by the team, and use the data to provide proactive key early warning indicators to leadership with recommendations for resolution to avoid a reactionary posture

    The ideal candidate must have proven leadership ability and effectively demonstrate the capability to model the Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives. The position requires the ability to build effective relationships across multiple facets of the organization including peers, subordinates, customers, and employees. This is a fast paced and challenging position where the candidate must be a proven high performer and possess the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while delivering results.

    Basic Qualifications:

    -20 years or more of professional experience in planning, program management, finance

    -Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

    -Critical thinking and complex problem solving abilities

    -Proficient at developing/maintaining complex Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis

    -Experience briefing Senior Leadership and customers

    -Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration

    -Experiences leading a team of direct reports and cross-functional teams

    -Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills

    -Bachelors degree

    -DoD Final SECRET level clearance at a minimum

    Desired Skills:

    -Experience in leading diverse teams virtually across multiple locations

    -Experience in creating, maintaining, and providing analysis for Programs

    -Demonstrated practical application of Program Planning processes and tools

    -Experience with DCMA surveillances

    -Demonstrated understanding of the Integrated Program Management DIDs (IPMR & IPMDAR)

    -Experience with the capture/proposal management process - development and management of capture/proposal schedules, support of the various color reviews, demonstrated understanding and successful support of the executive review process

    -Expert user with Microsoft Project 2016 and Project Server 2016

    -Work Breakdown Structure development and maintenance experience

    -IMS development and maintenance expertise

    -Integrated Master Plan (IMP) creation, maintenance, and integration with IMS

    -Demonstrated knowledge of subcontractor and government furnished equipment integration with the Prime Contractor's IMS

    -Earned Value Management experience / certification

    Production / Sustainment / Depot Operations

    Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables and VBA

    Proficiency in Schedule Risk Assessment process/tools

    -Ability to communicate utilizing different techniques and build strong relationships

    Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
