    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    Responsible for serving as a key contributor to the overall Global Strategic Marketing team for Electrophysiology by focusing on Clinical Marketing activities. Additional responsibilities can range from Competitive marketing to Customer Engagement programs.

    The incumbent in this position will be regarded as a deep clinical marketing expert with broad knowledge of Electrophysiology. Specific examples of projects the manager will oversee include:

    • Clinical Intel on Abbott EP products, Competitive Technologies, and EP literature/new trials

    • Clinical evidence generation with the Design and Implementation of Data Collections on Abbott products and EP workflows

    • Data Collection tracking, reporting, and field/customer engagement/follow-up

    • Data Collection system management

    • Partnership with the Global Downstream team on new product launches, leading Data Generation and Clinical marketing activities

    • Support the Downstream team with the creation of clinical marketing deliverables, e.g. Clinical Compendiums,

    • Customers and KOLs engagement

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

    Required

    • Bachelors' degree.

    • 3-5+ years' experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or technology based products.

    • Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.

    • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.

    • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.

    • Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.

    • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.

    • Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.

    • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.

    • Ability to travel up to 20%, including internationally.

    Preferred (our "Nice to Have", but we will still encourage you to apply if you don't have those)

    • Masters degree preferred.

    • Experience in Electrophysiology STRONGLY PREFERRED

    • 2+ years minimum of sales, marketing, or clinical experience preferred (preferably as a mapper/field technical engineer in Electrophysiology)

    The base pay for this position is $95,000.00 - $190,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
