    About the Role:

    We are seeking a qualified Global Product Manager, Service to drive sustainable growth by developing and launching new service and integrated solution offerings, catering to both existing and new customer segments.

    This key strategic position will be part of the Service, Commercial Operations, and Veralto Enterprise System (VES) team, reporting to the Sr. Service Manager, North America, and collaborate closely with global Service, Projects, Sales, and Marketing partners.

    This is a Hybrid role, to be onsite Tuesday through Thursday in either Loveland, Colorado, USA , with flexibility to be remote Mondays and Fridays.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a deep understanding of OTT HydroMet's current service markets, personas, and customer journeys, and stay ahead of market trends impacting the global service business.

    • Perform analysis of the global service business, including market research, end-user commercial insight, competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, and customer journey mapping to understand gaps and identify growth opportunities.

    • Build and maintain a compelling service portfolio, including the pricing strategy of our service offerings to optimize revenue and operating margin.

    • Identify innovative opportunities for new service and integrated solution offerings within the existing product portfolio, targeted at new customer segments, and lead their cross-functional commercialization.

    • Develop collateral and training tools to educate customers and the commercial team of OTT HydroMet's service offerings.

    • Understand and use continuous-improvement tools, including Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, and the Problem-Solving Process.

    • Initiate, champion, and lead meaningful and sustainable Kaizens that assist in achieving the global commercial service objectives.

    • Develop and lead the commercialization of service offerings for new products, assuring achievement of revenue targets, through successful collaboration with product management stakeholders.

    • Partner with Regional Marketing, Sales & Service to drive local demand for existing and new service and integrated solution offerings.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Passion for driving growth in OTT HydroMet's Service sales and gross margins.

    • Ability to listen to diverse partners and extract impactful insights.

    • Proficiency in leading, influencing, and shaping opinions among senior managers.

    • Demonstrated success in delivering results while adapting quickly to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.

    Qualifications:

    • BS or BA degree in STEM or business; MBA, MS, or MA in business management preferred.

    • 3-5 years of experience in product management or service in a B2B environment preferred.

    • Ability to drive revenue growth through marketing and sales enablement.

    • Experience in the commercial launch of new products, market segmentation techniques, customer journey mapping, market research and analysis tools and the development of and use of demand creation and promotional tools and strategies.

    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, projects, and initiatives with a variety of stakeholders with differing interests.

    • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

    Compensation:

    The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $150,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
