PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is seeking a Service Line Medical Director-Hem/Onc to lead our Hematology/Oncology team in Vancouver, Washington (Portland metro area). The ideal candidate will have a dedicated mindset to improving and growing the team-focused oncology practice within our community. The position has a leadership .3 FTE carve-out. • Assist operational leadership in responding to and addressing clinically related patient concerns.

• Cultivate a program of growth and development.

• Participate in mentorship, individual support, coaching and/or redirection to meet performance expectations and PeaceHealth behavioral standards.

• Strategic development of the Cancer Care program to promote quality outcomes, growth of operational and financial performance.

• Actively participate in recruitment and new hire onboarding.
