    Our client in Carlsbad is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking HR Generalist to join their team.     Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team, providing guidance and expertise on all aspects of HR strategy and operations.

    • Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

    • Develop and implement innovative HR programs and initiatives that foster employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing support and guidance on a wide range of HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.

    • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, valued, and equipped for success from day one.

    • Manage employee relations issues with empathy, fairness, and discretion, striving to create a culture of trust, respect, and open communication.

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to drive alignment, synergy, and collective success.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; SHRM certification preferred.

    • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong foundation in employee relations, recruitment, and HR program management.

    • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative HR solutions that drive business results and enhance the employee experience.

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, credibility, and rapport at all levels of the organization.

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with ease.
