    This is a hybrid work schedule (4 days onsite)-open to the following locations: Charlotte, Wilson NC, Orlando, FL, Atlanta, GA

    This position possesses a high level of autonomy, the ability to support the activities of others, and the ability guide other teammates as required. This position plays a key role in ensuring high quality execution of Deposit and Payments Service Delivery initiatives.

    Key responsibilities: initiative management execution; documentation of multiple projects; business process management-model & map current/future state processes; communication and reporting. Requires Intermediate Powerpoint skills.

    Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

    1. Partnering with junior and senior teammates on highly complex and critical project management tasks and delivery, while balancing multiple competing priorities

    2. Responsible for driving, leading, and influencing project solutions and directions, using business context to inform and enhance observations and recommendations

    3. Facilitating the execution of identified scope; proactively identifying risks and opportunities and connecting the dots across their work and for other teammates

    4. Supporting design and implementation of developed process-oriented solutions or projects

    5. Partnering with teammates to ensure adequate change management and adoption; ownership and delivery of key tasks

    6. Leveraging relationships internal and external to the business unit to ensure initiative success

    7. Leads and guides others, demonstrates the ability to manage a team or individuals. Ability to step in as needed in a leadership capacity in larger scope activities

    8. Demonstrates deep understanding of core business functions within their working group and other external functions. Possesses in-depth industry specific knowledge

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required Qualifications

    1. College Degree or equivalent education, or commensurate training and work-related experience

    2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Visio)

    3. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication

    4. Ability to work in a fast paced, highly complex, results driven environment

    5. 3-5 years of Financial Services Experience, focused in Consumer Banking and/or Lending

    Preferred Qualifications

    1. Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics

    2. 5+ years experience in the consulting industry

    3. Knowledge of with operational and technical environments of financial institutions, including knowledge of applicable banking laws and regulations
