    Make a Difference

    As a Talent Management, HR intern you will work collaboratively with the assigned team to drive strategies to support caregiver development and participate in structured learning and networking opportunities. Your duties include helping with day one new hire orientation, Network data/engagement, assist caregivers with career coaching and Network training.

    Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

    Applicants for this position must have strong listening and communication skills and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The applicant must be able to multi-task, have attention to detail, strong organization skills, and be a team player. Applicants must demonstrate good judgement for maintaining confidentiality.

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

    • One year completion of college and currently enrolled at a college or university

    • Excellent organizational and planning skills

    • Detail oriented.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Strong interpersonal skills

    • Ability to communicate effectively

    • Team oriented
