Sue Sumrell is recruiting for an Investment Accounting Manager for a boutique real estate development and investment corporation.

This position will have responsibility for

• Project development accounting

• Draw review and compilation

• Fund financial statements

• Job costing

• Development budgets

• Development forecasts
