  • Job Description

    The Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager works in a dynamic, collaborative environment and reports to Enterprise Technology, Sr. Manager, Program Management supporting multiple active programs and projects ranging from:

    1. Records Identity Management Program (RIM) -- which ensures that Disney information is maintained, stored, and purged based on approved Disney policies; ensures compliance

    2. TWDC Onboarding Improvement Program -- scope includes coordinating process improvement across multiple technology and Operations teams for all processes that it takes to onboard a new Cast Member or Contractor in TWDC

    3. Various EnTech Programs -- may be assigned to one or programs to support program and project managers

    This is a junior project manager/project coordinator role. Due to the nature of these two programs, a candidate with prior experience working in the following domains would excel in this role (very strongly preferred):

    HCM (human capital management) -- or HR (Human Resources) experience

    Prior experience managing security/compliance type work or projects

    Ability to manage different projects in parallel

    Prior experience managing cross-functional teams

    Has excellent organizational and communication skills

    Excels at building relationships

    Can work independently

    Prior budget/financial management experience

    Skills and Requirements

    1 year of PM experience (Junior role, no more than 3 YOE)

    Compliance and HR experience

    Leading projects in HR space or operations perspective and leading resources in this way

    Experience managing a budget.

    Project budget or operations and HR perspective Exposure to Agile null
