    WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

    • Plans, advises, conducts multiple ad-hoc product research needs for BAT, Reynolds and OpCos

    • Influence and drive collaborators to have detailed project briefs with outlined background, key objectives, and hypothesis

    • Develop and influence relationships across key collaborator groups to deliver a broader impact of product research findings.

    • Build a single consumer view through alignment of insights data sources - working with vendors and ad hoc data reports to develop concise, impactful reports

    • Identifies new sources or ways to optimize consumer product research approaches

    • Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation and positive influence on decision making processes

    • Effectively communicate results to clients across the organization to facilitate decision making process

    • Synthesize information across projects and sources to uncover insights and address macro issues and communicate to stakeholders in story format

    • Ensure projects align with approved guidelines, regulations and law, cadvisingProduct Integrity, Legal, and Tax

    CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

    • Have you crafted, implemented and analyzed consumer product research studies?

    • Have you presented out insights and implications in an educational, compelling and memorable manner?

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

    • 3+ years in consumer market research and/or related field.

    • Validated analytical and problem solving skills; confirmed experience synthesizing disparate findings

    • Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative market research design, execution, analysis, and reporting

    • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously; work with a high degree of independence

    • Discernment and understanding of the role product research plays in strategic and operational planning

    • Critical thinking and ability to translate data to key business implications

    • Capacity for discerning and applying appropriate testing protocols to address objectives (descriptive, discrimination, acceptance, etc.)

    • Exceptional report writing and communicating by story

    • Proven ability to influence, persuade others to new/different perspective; negotiate and resolve conflict

    • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), advanced presentation skills

    • Ability to work with a broad range of fields and cross-functionally, collaborate

    • Strong office and database skills

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Market Research, Business, or related field preferred

    The following is a general summary of the competitive compensation and benefit plans we offer

    • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.

    • Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent
