Title: Learning & Leadership Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Leadership Development Manager who will help bring our development practices to life. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering leadership excellence and driving organizational growth through learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Learning & Leadership Development Manager will help design and implement learning and leadership development strategies across the globe. This position will lead our learning and leadership strategies end-to-end, including strategy creation, content development, and experience design and deployment. This position will also play a key role in understanding internal needs, understanding external best practices, measuring success, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements & Experience:

• Undergraduate degree

• 5+ years of HR experience

• Proven experience in designing and delivering learning or leadership development programs

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles

• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time

• Strong project management skills

• Strong collaboration skills

• Growth mindset with passion to continuously learn

• Ability to work through ambiguity.
