Lease Accountant

Overview

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter leases for all ABM Industry Groups and financial information.

• Enter all financial adjustments needed in costar for rent and other expenses as directed by senior accountant or supervisor.

• Make any adjustments to abstract information as directed by senior accountant or supervisor.

• Update changes to the financial for MTM leases and other cost such as CAM and real estate cost, upload supporting documentation into costar.

• Maintain the payment file for leases being submitted to AP.

• Setup new business units for leases.

• Maintain vendor information in costar.

• Upload invoices into costar.

• Setup utilities account for new leases.

• Reconcile cash accounts and prepare journal entries.

Experience:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent

• 0 to 2 year of fixed asset, data entry, record keeping or clerical experience

• Accounting experience is a plus

• Advanced knowledge of excel (vlookup and pivot table required)

• Strong team player

• Oracle knowledge a plus
