A Maintenance Manager is needed in the Hampton, GA area (South of Atlanta). The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Maintenance Management of a large facility with manufacturing machinery including robotics, automated process equipment, controls. The plant operates on a 24/7 schedule, so this person will need to be on-call. Salary plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Maintenance or Engineering; 5-7 years of relative experience.

• Plastics manufacturing a plus.

• Leadership over a maintenance department.

responsibilities

• Comply with all safety rules for self and others.

• Develops, schedules, resources and controls the preventive maintenance program to maintain production machinery and equipment in proper working condition.

• Implement, monitor and manage performance standards pertaining to Safety, SQF, Labor laws, equipment reliability/efficiency and equipment up time.

• Responsible for electrical and mechanical equipment layouts and the modification of facilities within the plant.
