  • Assumes the role of an IT Manager, responsible for defining requirements and creating solutions for technology system architectures that align with the business needs of AutoZone; Manages and oversees the integration of complex systems and infrastructure; Oversees a team of skilled technical professionals specializing in various platforms and technologies, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and its associated applications.

    Primary Activities and Responsibilities :

    • Create innovative SAP ERP technology solutions to transform AutoZone's current Finance and Analytics operations.

    • Manage teams to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP FSCM solutions ensuring smooth integration of all components.

    • Provide support in facilitating Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), Requirement Gathering, FIT-GAP Analysis & Key Design Decisions.

    • Responsible for monitoring and tracking deliverables.

    • Design, configure, and testing of various functions based on specific business processes related to Record to Report, Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Acquire to Retire modules.

    • Collaborate with the project team, project delivery leads, System integrators, and stakeholders to develop Finance solutions powered by SAP.

    • Evaluate technical and functional integration requirements and collaborate with the technical/functional teams.

    • Oversee the implementation activities across teams and execute cutover activities as needed to ensure readiness for go-live.

    • Oversee training and change management aspects in implementing a successful module for the user community and upskilling IT teams.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree or equivalent (with at least 10 years of work experience)

    • Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in SAP FSCM

    • Must have completed a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations involving SAP FSCM functions

    • Experience with a S/4HANA Transformation Project - Greenfield/Brownfield and Value proposition supported by Industry specific leading practices.

    • Experience and knowledge of integrating SAP Financials with Sales & Distribution/Order to Cash, Source to Pay, and Acquire to Retire

    Preferred Qualifications:

    In addition to meeting the qualifications mentioned above, any of the following would be highly preferred.

    • Previous experience in a managerial role overseeing consultants and internal resources

    • Experience in migrating traditional General Ledger, Receivables, and Payables management to SAP FSCM.

      • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Financial modules such as SAP S/4HANA Finance, BTP, CAR, ABAP
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and business operations. Experience in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis.

    • Strong technical and functional proficiency in various Finance areas such as General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, Cost & Profit Center Accounting

    • Familiarity with SAP Ariba, SAP FieldGlass, SAP Concur, SAP Vistex, High Radius, and Data migration and Automated testing tools.

    • Experience in managing SAP implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and meeting project timelines.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Retail industry knowledge

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

    • Written and oral communication skills including interaction with business partners, vendors, System integrators and technical staff

    • Knowledge of legacy systems integration
