    Job Summary and Qualifications

    • You will ensure high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/ department and monitor/ evaluate the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/ procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives

    • You will provide leadership in attaining and sustaining an unparalleled patient experience, and instill accountability for providing consistent, positive patient interactions that differentiate the organization as a healthcare leader

    • You will manage staff scheduling, and maintain staffing in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines

    • You will build a competitively superior organization through attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent and ensure people with the right skills and motivations are in the right role, at the right time, to meet business needs

    • You will support the achievement of internal/external benchmarks, accreditations, and designations and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

    What qualifications you will need:

    • Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

    • If no Bachelor's Degree at time of hire, required enrollment and completion within 3 (three) years of hire/transfer required

    • 2.5 years applicable experience required

    • Required to be currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation

    • BLS, ACLS, PALS

    • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI)- within Nine (9) Months - new hire/transfers must obtain within specified time frame. Required to work under credentialed RN until training certification obtained

    • Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) Certification- within 18 months of hire/transfer
