    Position Description:

    The Performance Marketing manager is accountable for driving full-funnel efforts across performance media and site marketing to drive awareness and e-commerce business growth, for all Revlon brand Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) properties. The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee the day-to-day campaign management, manage a full- service media agency, drive successful campaigns, drive the innovation/testing roadmap, and optimize performance against key KPI's and performance targets. They will plan, execute, and optimize all performance media tactics and budgets at yearly, monthly and weekly levels in order to exceed ecommerce revenue and growth targets. The Performance Marketing Manager reports to the DTC Director of Digital Marketing. This role sits within Sales working collaboratively with Brand Marketing, our Digital Center of Excellence, Creative, Media, Customer Marketing, Planning, Development, IT and Finance. The DTC Performance Marketing Manager will report to the DTC Digital Marketing Director.

    Major Duties:

    • Lead, develop, and implement a unique channel mix strategy tailored to each brand within the direct-to-consumer portfolio. Define mix of tactics and platforms, ensure executional excellence, measure monthly/weekly/daily performance to optimize spend and mix. Drive strategic decisions for new product launches and evergreen campaigns to maximize client acquisition, customer engagement, and revenue outcomes.

    • Create multi-channel campaigns across affiliate, paid search, shopping, display, paid social, and site marketing initiatives to improve reach, engagement, ROAS and revenue. Help develop and communicate tactic mix , setting specific KPI's, campaign results, and project recommendations with a focus on audience building, and balancing ROAS/revenue goals with driving brand equity.

    • Own and oversee day to day operations of DTC digital marketing channels and drive channel goals, specifically on customer acquisition, ROAS, Revenue, CTR, CPA, Traffic, and conversion KPI's.

    • Manage the full campaign process from the planning, costing, model building and execution of ongoing DTC campaigns. Continually adjust and evaluate strategies based on budget restrictions, revenue goals, and performance metrics to drive optimal results. Coordinate development, design, and creation of site and media assets. Ensure campaigns are consistent, attractive, cost effective, relevant, and aligned with other areas of the business, at all times. Continually test and optimize creative elements to boost overall performance outcomes.

    • Own campaign briefing process, assets, schedules, and project organization to ensure both requirements and delivery dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed.

    • Manage channel marketing cadence which support key brand initiatives, franchises, and nurture 1:1 customer relationships

    • Plan promotional campaigns to increase AOV, reduce churn, improve overall lifetime value (LTV) and therefore support net revenue growth of the business

    • Plan budget, forecast and track spend per channel. Proactively manage budget to meet the desired balance between ROI and spend, working closely with finance and procurement when necessary. Exercise bottoms up forecasting and assist with budget planning.

    • Integrate closely with data & analytics teams to conduct thorough customer analysis for integration into key strategies. Identify priority segments, channels, and platforms to inform personalized and efficient performance marketing strategies. Own testing roadmap to refine and optimize marketing initiatives.

    • Optimize personalization, segmentation, and audience strategies across channel. Leverage multiple data sources including Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Email Service Provider (ESP) data in relation with internal data teams. Co-manage CDP relationship, working with account team to create dashboards, obtain actionable insights, and create and optimize segmentation/audience building

    • Work closely with the global marketing, brand marketing, PR and social teams (IMC) to develop and maintain an editorial calendar, manage content development, and align brand priorities.

    • Work with the designer and copy-writer team to ensure consistency of automated and ad hoc campaigns content in accordance with individual brand guidelines.

    • Ensure compliance all applicable regulations and legislation and that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively.

    • Document and communicate project status and strategic recommendations on a regular basis. Escalate issues accordingly to appropriate partners & team members.

    • Own weekly, monthly and quarterly business & channel performance reporting. Work with team to deliver clear, concise reporting to management with actionable recommendations

    • Monitor campaign trends in the industry to improve strategy and competitiveness. Stay on top of innovation and digital trends.

    • Identify new performance marketing features, channels & functionalities. Lead implementation, testing, measurement, and learnings.

    Requirements:

    • 4-7 years of corporate brand digital marketing experience

    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience working with consumer brands

    • Experience working with internal and external partners across multiple disciplines

    • Expert in Google Analytics and have excellent excel and reporting skills. Experience working with Affiliate networks, Meta Ad's manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

    • Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills

    • Experience managing a digital marketing budget across channel

    • Strong understanding of core site marketing and performance media principles

    • A self-starter who has experience driving brand and financial goals. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is detail oriented.

    • Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis

    The base pay range for this position in New York City is $105,000 and $120,000/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.

    Employees are also enrolled in our company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled).

    Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

    This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance.
