    For this role, you will need to live within driving distance to our hub in Bentonville, AR or Hoboken, NJ. We can offer relocation to candidates who don't reside near a hub, but only to relocate to Bentonville. We currently spend 3 days in the office per week, with flexibility.

    About Retail Marketing Strategy & Performance

    RMSP sits at the center of one of the best Marketing Teams in the world! We are an experienced team of Marketers who act as the connector between Marketing and cross-functional partners in

    • Thoughtful, integrated strategic planning: short term and long term,

    • Defining & articulating unified goals for Marketing strategies that evolve with the changing landscape, and align to company and business objectives, and

    • Clearly demonstrating how we deliver for our Customer, Brand and Business - and the levers that drive.

    What You'll Do:

    As a Program Manager on Retail Marketing Strategy & Performance, you relentlessly focus on driving operational excellence for a set of strategic objectives and key results across multiple marketing priorities. You'll identify and help solve complex problems across varying and multiple workstreams with inter-connected parts.

    • Advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance and driving continual assessment

    • Create and help scale best-in-class efficient workflows, routines, processes and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do

    • Demonstrate ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary

    • Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

    • Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions

    • You use data and insights to make informed and impactful decisions and you have the acumen to translate complex data into actions and improvements

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
