Manufacturing Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join one of our largest industrial clients. This individual will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a staff of 60-65 employees as well finding new ways for continuous improvement on the shop floor. A qualified candidate will be an excellent communicator and leader who has strong mechanical aptitude and strategic thinking abilities. This is an onsite position based out of North Canton, Ohio.

Skills and Requirements

• Background working in pump/fluid handling industry

• Previous experience working as a machinist/assembler

• Previous experience working with software such as Oracle, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, UKG AutoTime, etc. null
