    About the Role

    We are seeking a dynamic Market Manager in Strategic Outreach to spearhead our Sales Development team, own field marketing initiatives, and support sales/marketing alignment. This role is pivotal in driving our pipeline growth and optimizing the bridge between sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to guide our SDR team to success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and mentor the SDR team, setting clear targets, providing ongoing training, and ensuring alignment with our broader sales and marketing goals

    • Develop and implement innovative telephonic and digital outreach strategies to enhance lead generation and customer engagement

    • Collaborate with the marketing department to create and execute field marketing campaigns that support the SDR team's objectives

    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, using insights to optimize outreach tactics and improve team productivity

    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to experiment with new outreach methods and tools

    • Serve as the primary liaison between the SDR team and other departments, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer acquisition

    • Plan and manage participation in trade shows, conferences, and other events, maximizing opportunities for direct engagement with potential clients.

    • Support other marketing campaigns, as determined

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets

    • Experience in field marketing, including planning and executing campaigns and events

    • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team

    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally

    • Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Suite

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
