Marketing Project Manager

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Marketing Project Manager for one of our local clients in Charlotte, NC!

Position Overview

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing various marketing projects and campaigns. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing project management, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, content, and sales to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

• Create project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure all deliverables are met according to schedule.

• Manage and track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate issues.

• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to support project needs and ensure quality deliverables.

• Conduct regular meetings to communicate project status updates, discuss priorities, and address any challenges.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance marketing strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
